Our distinctive, versatile 5,000 sq.ft. venue can be divided into discrete areas or used as one large space. The airy 3,000 sq.ft. main space—sun-soaked by day and mood-lit by night—is a white-canvas with modern-industrial flair, flexible to suit any theme. It can accommodate 100+ standing guests comfortably or up to 75 seated, with free street parking just steps away. With two separate studios/breakout rooms, lounge area, and gallery hallway, plus a kitchen prep space and chef’s table, it is the perfect moldable setting for events of all kinds.

This blank slate allows you to decorate how you want, laid out perfectly for caterers and vendors to get in and set up. Benefit from our completely customizable space and open-vendor policy, allowing you to bring your own caterer, decorator, or vendors to your event. We can also offer an event coordinator who can help book your catering, tables and seating, and technology such as screens, projectors, and audio-visual equipment. If you’re looking to book larger or multi-layered events, The Fold can be combined with up to two additional 5,000 sq.ft. spaces on adjacent floors. While they have a distinct atmosphere from The Fold, these spaces can be incorporated to create a unique vibe across different floors. Prototype is adorned with unique art and has a large stage with professional lighting and sound—perfect for a performance with an associated reception at The Fold. Phenotype is an open-concept arts loft that has been used for theater productions and dance parties, and can also serve as supplemental space for multifaceted events or production team spillover.
